How Do I Report An Issue?

Modified on Tue, 30 May, 2023 at 3:45 PM

There may be occassions when, as a landlord, you want to be able to raise a maintenance issue at one of your own properties. For example, if you visit the property and notice something broken, you are able to raise this as a fault.

Once you are logged in to your Fixflo profile, you have an option on the left-hand menu to Create issue:

Once you click this, the fault tree will appear with a variety of options to select from to report the issue. You can click through the icons, or use the search bar available to find the specific fault. Enter the property address and chose if you'd like to link a specific tenant to the job, and the issue will be raised!

Alternatively, if you are ever on a maintenance report at one of your properties, you can use the Actions button at the top of to Report another issue if necessary:
