Please note that some agencies pull their data into Fixflo from other software, so changes made in Fixflo should also be communicated to your agency directly so that they can change this in their other software. If not, changes could be overwritten in the software sync.


As you have your own Fixflo account, it is important that you are happy with all of your details, such as name and email address.


First of all, you can click on your name towards the top-left of the screen, and click into My profile:



From here, you can edit your personal details such as name, telephone, email address, personal address etc. As well as your password. Don't forget to hit Save once you're happy with the changes.


To amend the frequency of your email notifications or stop them altogether, access the Notification options tab from the left-hand menu:




Click on the relevant notifications and open the Setting dropdown. Hit Save to apply the changes.


Please note that you might be receiving other email notifications from your agency, if they have the planned maintenance feature for example, so we recommend to reach out to them directly if there's anything else you need to have amended.
