What happens if an occupier changes their contact details?
Every time an occupier reports an issue on Fixflo, they will be asked for their contact details. This includes their first name, surname, email address, telephone number and address.
If an occupier who already exists on your Fixflo site reports a new issue with different details from what you have saved on the system, then these details will automatically update within your Fixflo site.
For example, if their telephone number is different on the newly submitted issue compared to the number already on file within Fixflo, then their number will automatically be updated within the occupier profile. This will help to keep your records up to date!
